Dr.Web AV-Desk console helps Service Providers` administrators easily manage highly dynamic and complex environment, automate tasks, perform daily routines in just minutes, without any extensive time commitments – view and set up key parameters of anti-virus servers and protected clients, reconfigure anti-virus settings and run tasks on separate clients.
For every subscriber of the security service a unique installation package is created – either manually by an administrator, or automatically (API for integration into billing systems are provided). The installation package is installed on users’ computers. A unique user identifier (UID) created by the server is stored in the executable file. When launched, the package is installed, updated and administrated in accordance with instructions received from the anti-virus server.
